St. Barnabas Episcopal church will sponsor a Blessing of the Animals for St. Francis day at the First Federal parking lot, Adams and 2nd Street 12 P.M. – 2 P.M. on Sunday, October 1. We will be raising funds for the Yamhill County Sheriff’s K9 program and collecting stuffed animals for Juliett’s House to give to children who have suffered abuse. Come have your pet blessed, bring a new stuffed animal for an abused child and see and learn about the k9 dogs that help protect our community.
